Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Only a valid email is required for a chance to win.
Submissions will be entered regardless of quiz score.
One winner will be selected per month for six months. Each winner will receive three (3) bottles of MOVOFLEX® Soft Chews in a size of their choice (small, medium or large) at a total value of $175.
If not selected to win, entries will continue to roll over each month until the giveaway concludes on December 31, 2021, or the entry is selected to win.
Sweepstakes valid only from beginning on June, 1st, 2021 and concluding on December 31, 2021
Prizes will be shipped within one month of the winner being notified. Winners will be required to provide a valid mailing address. No P.O. boxes.
